What is Elani Fitness GripX?

A training grip made from medical-grade silicone. It sits flat in your palm and molds between your hand and the bar when you grip. No bulk. No mess. No setup.

Will it fit in my hands?

Yes. GripX is one size and molds to your palm - works for small, medium, and large hands. We designed it specifically for Women's hands, not men's gear shrunk down.

What lifts does it work for?

Deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, RDLs, lat pulldowns, kettlebells, dumbell work, and cable excercises. Anything where grip is what holds you back.

Will it make my grip weaker over time.

No. GripX isn't doing the gripping for you. Your hand still wraps around the bar and holds weight. GripX just removes the friction, slipping, and discomfort that cut your sets short.

How long does it last?
